As a grassroots organization that quickly gained national activation, Canadian Women in Medicine (CWIM) knew they needed to be strategic about their growth and their path forward. Atlantic Facilitators engaged their members with a custom survey and helped galvanize the team during a board offsite and strategic planning workshop, resulting in a new purpose, values, and a strategic plan to guide them over the next three years. We also provided tips, strategies and tactics to bring those new priorities to life and triage essential projects to optimize their resources.
